Fin-tastic!

The scent of resin and wood burning has been wavering from the garage this week. It's a sign that Daniel must be getting arty again.  I am constantly inspired by him.
This is a result of his work this week:





Daniel's wood burns also capture the eye. Wood burning, or pyrography,  has been practiced by a number of cultures, including the Egyptians and some African tribes since the dawn of recorded time.

In Greek mythology, the owl is firmly linked with Athena, the Goddess of wisdom. We recently spotted a horned owl near our yard. It was an amazing and spiritual experience.
